Do Royal Mail Collect on Saturdays?
Royal Mail will deliver and collect your post every working day, and on Saturdays.
There are four options for you to get the item you missed: Arrange a free redelivery to your house. Arrange a free redelivery to an alternative local address. Arrange a free redelivery to a Post Office® and collect it from there.
How do I get mail picked up from my house?
Go online to usps.com/pickup And follow the prompts. It's free, regardless of the number of packages you're sending. Your letter carrier will pick up your package when your regular mail is delivered. Arrange a next-day pickup or let us know up to three months in advance that your packages will be ready.
Customers will be able to give First Class or Second Class stamped or online postage paid letters and small packets to their postman or woman for delivery instead of taking them to a post box or post office branch. They will also be able to hand over prepaid postage such as business replies and freepost items.
How does parcel collect work?

What happens if Royal Mail didn't leave a card?
For security reasons, without the card you can't collect the item from your local Customer Service Point or Post Office Counter. To arrange a Redelivery online you'll need to know the details of the delivery, including the name on the item, address, date the card was left and, if you have it, the item number.
