How long does it take for DX to deliver?
Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection.

What time do DX deliver till?
DX delivery times Delivery will be attempted within the Next Working Day after collection, making this an expedited courier service. We cannot specify an exact time, but the DX courier will arrive between 8 am to 6 pm.

What happens if I miss a DX delivery?
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.

Once the order is available and you release the delivery details to us, we contact your customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we send them either a text or email to reconfirm we'll be delivering the next day, along with the 2 hour delivery time slot.
Do Royal Mail deliver DX?
DX parcel delivery is one of the UK's most trusted courier services. Established in 1975, they became a fantastic solution for businesses during the Royal Mail postal strikes of the 1970s, and have been gaining in popularity ever since.
Your account number will always be printed on your invoice. A DX Exchange number is the unique identifier used for a customer who is a member of the DX Document Exchange. DX numbers are printed on the door label of your DX Exchange box.
Does DX secure delivery require a signature?
Do all DX Secure packages require a signature upon delivery? No. Packages can be sent using our DX2Home service or letters by our Secure Post service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.
