Where do I find DX tracking number?
On the calling card you will find either a tracking or consignment number that you can use to track your item or, if available to you book a redelivery. Visit the Track page to view the status of your delivery item and to book a redelivery if the service is available for your particular item.

What does a tracking number look like on a parcel?
Tracking numbers consist of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long sometimes with spaces or hyphens between groupings of characters. When shown on a receipt after shipping a package the tracking number is usually close to the barcode.

What is a DX number?
A DX Exchange number is the unique identifier used for a customer who is a member of the DX Document Exchange. DX numbers are printed on the door label of your DX Exchange box. If you unable to find either of these, please contact us.

What time will my DX delivery arrive?
Delivery will be attempted within the Next Working Day after collection, making this an expedited courier service. We cannot specify an exact time, but the DX courier will arrive between 8 am to 6 pm.

What happens if I miss a DX delivery?
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.
The DX Untracked Service is the most economical way to send a shipment. This service offers priority delivery over international postal networks. You can send a shipment with the DX Untracked service worldwide. No tracking or proof of delivery is available for this service.
Does DX secure delivery require a signature?
Do all DX Secure packages require a signature upon delivery? No. Packages can be sent using our DX2Home service or letters by our Secure Post service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.
