All you have to do to send your parcel via the Yodel network is book your parcel delivery online, selecting whether you would like to send a parcel direct to your recipient's door or to their nearest Yodel Direct store, then drop your parcel off at a convenient Yodel Direct store at a time that suits you.

What do Yodel tracking numbers look like?
Yodel tracking number format is usually comprised of 2 or 3 alphabetic characters and 16 numeric characters, for example: JD + 16 digits. JJD + 16 digits.

Where do I find my Yodel tracking number?
If you purchased the label from the Collect+ delivered by Yodel website, you'll find your Collect+ delivered by Yodel tracking reference in the email we originally sent to you. You can also find this on the receipt our storekeeper gave you when you dropped off your parcel.
Parcels can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, we do not offer timed delivery slots. We do make some deliveries to both our Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel stores and customers' homes on Saturdays, but not business addresses.
What happens if Yodel loses your parcel?
Choose your level of cover and proof of delivery. In the unlikely event of your item(s) being lost or damaged, we'll pay compensation on valid claims to the level of cover purchased or the value of the item (whichever is the lesser); please note that the fee for the additional cover is non-refundable.
Store to Door services: We will be able to provide a proof of delivery which shows the signature of the recipient - if available. A proof of delivery is often available within the tracking updates for your delivery.
