We send an email or text to your customers to tell them when we plan to deliver their parcel. If this is not convenient, they can instruct us to deliver on a different day or to a different address (a neighbour or a post office).
Do TNT deliver on Sundays UK?
Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. We cannot give specific time slots for deliveries.

TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.

Do Parcelforce deliver late?
Please note: That we deliver Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. We currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. We will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days.
What do Parcelforce do if your not in?
After an initial attempted delivery, we will automatically attempt redelivery on the next working day if we haven't left your item at your local Post Office or with a neighbour. You can arrange an alternative redelivery or pick up below.
To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot.
Do Parcelforce give delivery time slots?
You and your customers can track the progress of a parcels journey using the handy street map which shows the proximity of the parcel to the delivery address. Customers are also given a one hour time slot and the name of the delivery driver keeping them informed and up to date.
If you're wondering if Parcelforce delivers on a Sunday, then the answer is yes! In fact, Parcelforce has a dedicated Sunday delivery service called Parcelforce Express Sunday. *Extended delivery times apply to outlying areas.
What if I miss my TNT delivery?
Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.
