TNT Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Mail Service points and some remote locations - for these destinations we use Australia Post. DHL Express offers priority delivery nationwide, serving major State and Territory cities and surrounding areas within 2 business days.
How long does TNT delivery take?
TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.
However, you can only access TNT services by calling TNT customer service. I am a TNT customer and have a TNT package I would like to ship, but the TNT facility that I usually take these TNT shipments to is closed. Where can these be dropped off? FedEx can temporarily accept your TNT shipment.
How do you arrange a TNT collection?
If you're exporting a shipment that will be paid for by a receiver with a TNT account number, you can book the shipment right away. Simply fill out the form below and click 'Create pickup request' at the bottom of the page. We'll then provide you with your shipping instructions, labels and booking number.
After a failed delivery attempt, we will hold your item for 30 days.
Does TNT deliver to home addresses?
No, TNT Drivers can only deliver orders to a visiting address.

Do TNT deliver on weekends?
For weekend service, we can collect on Friday and deliver on Saturday or collect on Saturday and deliver on Monday.
TNT tracking number format is usually comprised of 9 digits or starts with "GD", then 6 digits and ends with "WW". However, tracking numbers as follows is also a possible TNT tracking number.
