Is DX part of Royal Mail?
Established in 1975 during the Royal Mail postal strikes of the 1970s, DX Group has been in private ownership since 2006 and combines DX Network Services Ltd, DX Secure (previously Secure Mail Services (SMS)) and, as of 15 March 2012, DX Freight, previously known as Nightfreight GB until its acquisition in 2012.
For our signature service options, if our courier is unable to obtain a signature, he/she will post a calling card through the letterbox and follow the redelivery process.
Can you live track DX delivery?
If you have a DX tracking, consignment or reference number you can check the status of your delivery by using our online tracking service. Simply go to Track, enter your number and follow the steps on the page.
Once the order is available and you release the delivery details to us, we contact your customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we send them either a text or email to reconfirm we'll be delivering the next day, along with the 2 hour delivery time slot.
Do DX deliver at weekends?
Yes, we can, upon payment of an extra charge and subject to agreement of your delivery profile.

How do I track a DX order?
To track your item please enter your tracking number, calling card number, consignment number or customer reference in the field below. Depending on which DX service you are using, you may also be asked for your delivery postcode.
Do all DX Secure packages require a signature upon delivery? No. Packages can be sent using our DX2Home service or letters by our Secure Post service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.
Do DX deliver after 6pm?
Can DX Courier deliver earlier than 6pm? Our time of delivery is usually by 18:00 but a premium delivery deadline of 12:00 Monday to Friday may be available on payment of an extra charge.

Will DX leave with a Neighbour?
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.
You can refuse the courier delivery upon the driver's arrival at the designated address. All you have to do is let the courier know you refuse the delivery and provide a valid reason for it.26-Feb-2020

The DX network comprises 83 individual depots situated across the UK and Ireland.
The DX Exchange service provides pre-9am next working day delivery as standard. For additional peace of mind, DX provides tracked delivery services for DX Members which offer tracking for your most important documents and parcels.
What is DX overnight delivery?
DX 24. When you book your delivery with DX, your item will be collected from an address of your choice and delivered to the recipient the next working day. You can track your parcel from collection through to delivery.
2 man delivery is about more than just having an extra pair of hands to deliver an item – although this is a big benefit to the service.
