Is DTDC courier reliable?
DTDC is an excellent courier service. I have had only good experience till date. This time I tried the DTDC App to courier and it was a disaster. I booked the parcel on the 10th of August for a home pickup and waited for 2 days but no sign of a pickup.
One of the worst courier service in India is DTDC. They are specialised in delivering the parcel to a wrong address(in a wrong Indian State separated by 1500 KM's). Moreover, their customer care number never works. I suggest all my friends to avoid this highly unprofessional courier service.
