How can I track my APC package?
To track your parcel, you need to use your APC Direct order number. If you are unsure of your order number then please go to the "My Account area", log in (or register with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your APC number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
Our dispatch and sortation system ensures that your publications arrive at our facility on-time, are processed efficiently and dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt.
What time do APC deliver until?
Standard Next day services: All standard deliveries are expected to be delivered the next working day, delivery can take place any time up until 5.00PM.
Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot. Goods may be returned to the sender after 3 days if no response has been received to the 'Sorry we missed you' calling card that was posted or the 'Sorry we missed you' email sent.
What days do APC deliver?
When an item is booked with APC Overnight, the sender will specify delivery from our range of services. This is normally for delivery by 9am, 10am, 12 noon or 4pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will be attempted between 8am and the selected delivery time.

Is APC Overnight real?

Will APC leave with a Neighbour?
You can leave your parcel with a neighbour on the condition that the neighbour is a nearby address with the same postcode. We would also recommend that you leave a note at your property to advise the driver of the location of the parcel.
