Whether it's one or several packages, you can track them by entering the Fastway tracking number in the search field and instantly be shown the status of your package or your package portfolio. You also have the option to print the tracking receipt to send to whomever you wish or simply save it.
Fastway prides itself on being a domestic courier specialist. We provide metropolitan, short-haul and national freight distribution in key locations around South Africa. Unfortunately, we don't offer international freight service.
Why can't I track my Fastway package?

An authority to leave is a form which gives Fastway Couriers permission to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature. It's located on the reverse of your Calling card.
Fastway Couriers - How do I arrange a redelivery? If you have missed your parcel delivery, we will attempt to deliver it again the next day. In some cases where a signature is not required when receiving the parcel, it will be left in a safe delivery location which will be advised on the calling card.
How long does a parcel take in transit?
For all the shipments, you will always receive tracking statuses. The available courier delivery options are standard, express/next-day delivery, and economy. The transit time for the standard is about 3 working days, for the express is the next or same day, while for the economy, the transit is longer, up to 4-6 days.

They are absolutely horrible. They are a low-cost courier service which is anything but fast. I've had them lose items, deliver them to the wrong address, take over a month; you name it, I've experienced it. For sellers using this company, avoid it at all cost - they will damage your reputation.

Fastway Couriers - Can I pick my parcel up from the depot? Generally this is no problem. Please track your parcel online and ensure that the parcel is in the depot. Be sure to check your depot collection opening times and bring Photo ID and proof of adress to collect your parcel.
