What is this tracking number?
It is a unique ID number or code assigned to a package or parcel. The tracking number is typically printed on the shipping label as a bar code that can be scanned by anyone with a bar code reader or smartphone.
The standard delivery time is between 9 AM to 10 PM. Ninja Van operates from Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays. In the event that delivery fails, you will receive a message via email or SMS to reschedule your delivery. The soonest you may reschedule your delivery would be the next working day.

To do so: Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or InfoNotice number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track. You will be redirected to the Tracking Detail page. From the Tracking Detail page, add SMS notifications by selecting Request Status Updates.

Is Ninja Van fast?
a. Standard: within 3 working days with no specific time-slot (For Standard delivery, Ninja shall deliver the parcel within 3 working days from the day of pick up anytime between the Delivery Working Hours).
Important notice: Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, all of our delivery partners will be practicing contactless delivery in an effort to maintain social distancing. Therefore, some of our delivery partners would be signing the proof of delivery (POD) on your behalf after the parcel has been collected.
Does Ninja Van deliver on same day?
Same-day pick up: For orders made before 11.45am. Parcel will be collected today within 9.00am – 6.00pm. Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within Ninja Van coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9.00am to 10.00pm.
If your customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make a second attempt on the next business day, and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary.
Can I refuse Ninja Van delivery?
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact your seller to inform them that you wish to cancel. They will get in touch with us to stop the delivery and to schedule the item for return. Upon arrival, you may also advise our rider that you would no longer like to receive the item.
