How do I track my Evri?
You can track any parcel you're expecting using your 16-digit tracking number (or barcode number as it's sometimes referred to). You'll have been given the 16-digit tracking number when you booked your order or, if you're receiving a parcel, the sender should be able to give this to you.

Why is my Evri parcel taking so long?
There are many different reasons why your Evri delivery might be late. The most common reasons are traffic, weather conditions and staff shortages. However, it could also be the case that the Evri courier was unable to access your property, or that it has been delivered to the wrong address.
No problem! Your Evri courier will always make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be marked as Return to Sender and you'll be reimbursed as soon as your order arrives back at our logistics centre.
