Simply fill out the form below and click 'Create pickup request' at the bottom of the page. We'll then provide you with your shipping instructions, labels and booking number. Please note: Special handling is required for shipments containing lithium batteries or other dangerous goods.

If the driver has not yet attempted delivery or has not have a re-delivery card, please click here to contact us. Your enquiry must include the consignment number, delivery address and re-delivery date.
