Does TNT deliver internationally?
All of TNT's core international services have specific size and weight restrictions. Further information can be found on the Calculating Size and Weight page. Can I both import and export with TNT? Yes, you can.
TNT has reinstated door to door pickup and delivery services to select postal codes across key cities in India for both domestic and international services. Prior to finalizing your shipment, please write to customerservice.in@tnt.com to know if the postal code in India is currently serviceable.

How long do TNT take to deliver?
TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.

Are TNT still operating?
TNT will continue operating as such restrictions and regulations allow, but we may not be able to meet the published delivery times for some of our products, due to events beyond our control.
If the driver has attempted delivery to your customer and left a card, you can use the Re-delivery Service. If the driver has not yet attempted delivery or has not have a re-delivery card, please click here to contact us. Your enquiry must include the consignment number, delivery address and re-delivery date.

Can you track TNT delivery?

Does TNT delivery need signature?
What if I am not at home on delivery attempt of my document? A signature is required for all deliveries, with a valid form of identification. If you are not going to be home when your document is due to be delivered, you can rearrange your delivery date on our track page.
Can I pick up passport from TNT depot?
You cannot collect from the TNT depot unless special circumstances. They do not disclose the address. You have to get through on the phone then they request permission on your behalf then if approved, the depot will email you after inch saying you must collect that evening.22-Nov-2021
