Yes. NZ Post will continue to operate and deliver mail and parcels to you under the Orange Traffic Light setting.

Why is NZ Post taking so long?
The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced airfreight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. We expect delays to continue for some time.
ParcelPost Standard and Parcel Post Tracked are now 'Economy', a tracked service. CourierPost products and services have been renamed 'Courier' and 'Courier Economy'. Pace products and services have been renamed 'Express'. From 25 June these new names will start to display inside our online tools, such as eShip.

We deliver to 99.9% of New Zealand and can even deliver to main centres on Saturday to keep your business moving.

How long does it take for postal mail to be delivered?
Generally speaking, standard mail takes around 3 to 4 days for it to be delivered, priority mail takes 1 to 3 days, and priority express mail takes 1 to 2 days.09-Jul-2020

Why hasn't my parcel moved?
Wrong or incomplete address – This is the most common cause for undeliverable shipments. You should always double–check if your address has all the necessary details for it to be transported. Contact the courier company once you have realized that your order has some incomplete or wrong details written.

How late can packages arrive?
Postal carriers are supposed to finish their routes by 6 pm. However, they generally stay on the job until they have finished their route. In busy times of the year, that can mean working into the evening hours. A USPS Inspector General report in 2017 found that some US mail was delivered as late as 10 pm.09-Sept-2020

How long is courier delivery?
The courier delivery time will be 1-3 days after your parcel has been collected.
“Reliable Company” Soooo much better than fastway/aramex. I send on average 5-15 parcels a week, parcels that are auckland-auckland are always delivered the next day after pick up and I have never had a problem with a parcel with courier post.
