Do DPD give you a collection time?
The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
With DPD parcel collection our couriers come to a specific location, chosen by you, to pick up a parcel before taking it back to the depot to be sorted then sent on to the recipient. The driver will do everything they can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you'll still miss each other. How many attempts do DPD make?
How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
DPD's delivery operation will run between 9am and 5pm on Sundays, with our network of 52 nationwide depots also being open during these times.
What time is the cut off for DPD next day delivery?
