Do DX delivery give a time slot?
Once the order is available and you release the delivery details to us, we contact your customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we send them either a text or email to reconfirm we'll be delivering the next day, along with the 2 hour delivery time slot.

Do DX delivery deliver on Sundays?
Yes, we can, upon payment of an extra charge and subject to agreement of your delivery profile.
Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Do DX deliver after 6pm?
Can DX Courier deliver earlier than 6pm? Our time of delivery is usually by 18:00 but a premium delivery deadline of 12:00 Monday to Friday may be available on payment of an extra charge.

Does DX secure delivery on a Saturday?
Yes, we can, upon payment of an extra charge and subject to agreement of your delivery profile.
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.
Do DX require a signature?
Do all DX Courier packages require a signature upon delivery? No. Packages can be sent via our Track Only service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.
You can refuse the courier delivery upon the driver's arrival at the designated address. All you have to do is let the courier know you refuse the delivery and provide a valid reason for it.26-Feb-2020

Can I collect my parcel from DX Depot?
Can I collect my DX item from your depot? For certain DX services we do offer the option to you to collect your DX item from one of our depots. If you have a tracking number you may be eligible to book a redelivery for your item.
Delivery Time means: the date(s) upon which the Goods are to be Delivered or the period(s) over which the Services are to be Delivered, as the case may be.
How do I track a DX order?
To track your item please enter your tracking number, calling card number, consignment number or customer reference in the field below. Depending on which DX service you are using, you may also be asked for your delivery postcode.
DX can arrange the collection of items from Customers (between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday) for onward delivery to the US Embassy, and the Customer shall allow 4 working days for the item to reach the US Embassy.
What does DX untracked mean?
The DX Untracked Service is the most economical way to send a shipment. This service offers priority delivery over international postal networks. You can send a shipment with the DX Untracked service worldwide. No tracking or proof of delivery is available for this service.
The DX network comprises 83 individual depots situated across the UK and Ireland.
