How do I track my DPD package?
To track your parcel, you'll first need to enter your DPD reference or tracking number into the box below, and click 'Track This Parcel'. If you are unsure of your order number, you can find it on your booking confirmation email.
DPD Local has extended its award winning Predict service by letting you know when we are going to arrive to pick up your parcels. We'll provide you with a convenient one hour timeslot via text or email, and you'll have the option to rearrange your collection date if required.
Why can't I track my DPD?
The sender of your parcel may not have enabled DPD's Predict service. In this case, request the parcel number from your sender. You can then get information about your parcel in various ways via the parcel number on the receiving parcels page of dpd.nl.

Does DPD text before delivery?
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. What happens if you miss a DPD delivery?

How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
